What Do I Need To Bring?

What do I need to do before coming to the Worx?

  1. Contact us so you can create your account.   
  2. Download the Zen PLanner Member App.  You will see a Z with white background.  
  3. Once you have an account, your login will be emailed to you or using your email you can request a new password.  
  4. Once logged in, you will need to sign a waiver form and our policies page.  
  5. Zen Planner is how you will reserve your group fitness class spot and see your billing.  
  6. Personal Training Clients and semi-private schedule through their trainer.

How Do I Reserve A Class and Check In Once I Get There?

  1. Download the Zen PLanner Member App.  You will see a Z with white background.

  3. Use the app to reserve class spots!

How do I change my credit card payment?

Login to Zen Planner.  

  1. Click on your picture.  
  2. Click on Payment Methods. 
  3. Click on Add Payment Account

What happens in an assessment?

  1. The assessment includes a goals and health questionnaire, an inbody scan and a movement assessment.  
  2. Make sure to wear workout clothes and socks to the assessment.  The assessment will take around 30 minutes.   
  3. Contact us to schedule an assessment.

Do you have contracts?

Large Group Fitness Sessions are no contract.  30 Days are required to change your membership.  

What Do I Need To Do When I Get There?

Simply let a coach or member know it’s your first day. Fill out our liability waiver with your contact information, goals, and interests.  When class starts, your coach will tell you what equipment you need and teach you how to do the moves.

Will The Class Be Taught To All Levels?

Yes our classes are created for all levels. This is what we do best. Our coaches give 2-3 alternatives for each move so you can DO YOU!

How Long Are The Classes?

Our classes are 45-minutes long; tailored to get maximum results in minimal time and give you a continuous burn for 48-hours after the workout.
